Flexible Business Interiors was appointed by property consultancy JLL to complete an extensive refurbishment of 101 Princess Street in Manchester city centre.
The Grade II listed office building, once a former warehouse, underwent a programme of improvement works to update the ground floor reception space as well as bring its office suites up to Cat A+ standard before returning them to the market. Over a 5 month period FBI’s expert team brought its character features back to life through careful refurbishment of its wooden floors, bare brick walls, steel columns, high ceilings and large sash windows as well as delivering a modern reception space which provides visitors with a comfortable place to sit while waiting for an appointment. The commission covered 19,500 sq ft spread across the ground, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.
