Lotus Bakeries UK – Completed Project

Lotus Bakeries UK Ltd has a tasty new UK head office thanks to FBI’s expert fit out and refurbishment team.

Previously based at the Regus facility on Aviator Way, Lotus Bakeries now boasts its own premises at 51 Water Lane in Wilmslow where we have delivered a Cat A and Cat B fit out to the circa 5,000 sq ft suite on the first floor.

Instructed in August 2022, and working alongside BlueSky Design, works comprised the installation of decorative branding and feature lighting as well as the creation of a contemporary open plan workspace, a variety of formal and informal meeting areas, a staff kitchen and WC’s. Light oak finishes, full height glazed partitions and red metal work accents complement the warm colour palette used throughout to reflect the Lotus Bakeries brand and to create a welcoming space.

Improvements to the M&E set up included a new air conditioning system throughout and a full furniture package was also provided.

Lotus Bakeries UK Ltd has had premises in the North West for 16 years and is well-known for its indulgent snacking brands such as Lotus Biscoff Biscuits, Spreads, Ice Cream and Chocolate. A team of 15 staff is based at the new Wilmslow office working across marketing, retail and customer service.
