Ask Real Estate – Completed Project

Flexible Business Interiors has completed a full refurbishment of the first-floor suite at 7 Constance Street for independent property developer, Ask Real Estate.

Designed by Jon Matthews Architects, the scheme has created a stylish open-plan office space supported by a number of enclosed meeting rooms, social breakout spaces and staff kitchen. Warm wooden flooring and crittall glazed partitions have been installed to complement the exposed brick work and ceilings, while contemporary loose furniture and statement lighting has been used to modernise the environment. Planting throughout the workspace, and a moss embossed logo in the boardroom soften the strong lines within the office, gives connection to the outside world and promotes a sense of wellbeing.

Works to the circa 2,000 sq ft space took just three weeks to complete and the project was delivered on time and on budget.

Stephen Clarke, director at Flexible Business Interiors said: “Ask Real Estate is one of the region’s leading property developers and we are very proud to have been chosen to bring their vision for a new office to life. The team at Ask spend their days working to create places that people love, and we hope that we have been successful in delivering a workspace that they will love to work in and welcome clients to for years to come.”

John Hughes, Managing Director of Ask Real Estate, added: “As a business we demand a lot from our team and so to be able to provide them with a first-class office environment, a place that motivates and inspires them, is really important to us. We wanted a space that was light and bright, that offered a variety of work settings and would allow us to host clients comfortably. The new office, closely located to our flagship development at First Street, does all of this and more, and we are so pleased with the outcome. Flexible Business Interiors and Jon Matthews Architects were great to work with and the quality of what has been delivered has far exceeded our expectations.”
