Sankey House, Warrington – Completed Project

F.B.I have just completed the refurbishment of 30,000 sq.ft Sankey House at Birchwood Boulevard in Warrington on behalf of TBF & KL Thompson Charitable Trust.
Working alongside Contract Administrators BWP Property Consultants and service engineers Engineering Design Partnership this tired and dated office building has been completely transformed into a modern, bright and airy office space.
The project involved the replacement of traditional water cooled air-conditioning with a new efficient VRF system, new LED lighting, state of the art sliding entrance screen and the installation of modern W/C accommodation.
