Flexible Business Interiors (FBI), in collaboration with Rachel Moore Design Ltd, successfully completed the fit-out of IT firm Sync’s new headquarters at Arbeta, Manchester.

The 12-week CAT B fit-out transformed 8,200 sq ft across two floors into a modern, high-performance workspace designed to support Sync’s growing team and future expansion plans. FBI’s expertise ensured the seamless delivery of a sophisticated, functional environment that blends style with practicality.

The design features an elegant, neutral colour palette complemented by high-end furniture, creating a refined and luxurious atmosphere. Open-plan workspaces are enhanced with breakout areas, meeting rooms, co-working zones, a staff kitchen, and even an on-site gym. Thoughtfully selected fixtures and fittings preserve the building’s industrial character, while artwork and planting introduce a welcoming, home-like feel.
