Flexible Business Interiors was appointed to deliver a major office refurbishment at Brabners’ Liverpool headquarters – a project that brings the firm’s estate in line with its progressive, agile working model.

Designed by Incognito, the scheme reimagined the way Brabners’ Liverpool team uses its space, aligning workplace design with hybrid working, cultural connection, and future growth. With large areas of underused floorplate across three floors, FBI was tasked with delivering a space-efficient yet future-proofed fit out – one that would support growth in headcount without the need for increasing overall footprint.

Through a carefully phased programme, two floors were transformed to offer a wider variety of collaborative, social, and task-specific spaces.

The standout feature is the new client suite– a flexible hospitality-led space with folding walls, informal lounges and meeting rooms that can scale from one-to-one meetings to 100+ person events. A hidden bar, revealed by opening two specially titled books, adds a unique touch. Meanwhile, a new social heart space was created with open views over the Flags and a vibrant, multifunctional layout designed to bring people together.

New team ‘neighbourhoods’ were introduced complete with acoustic pods, quiet rooms and varied meeting spaces to reflect Brabners’ flexible, inclusive approach to working. The fit out also included a fully equipped podcast studio, and bespoke joinery and furniture solutions throughout.
