PHMG Expands Premises at Oakland House Following FBI Fit Out

Flexible Business Interiors is pleased to share the completion of its latest project for PHMG at Oakland House in Old Trafford. Delivered over 13 weeks, the works across the 11th Floor of the building included a new M&E system, the creation of a suite of meeting rooms as well as a kitchen and breakout space. The main office floor also saw a complete transformation with new ceiling tiles, lighting scheme and furniture as well as full redecoration.

PHMG, the world’s leading provider of audio branding, was established in 1998 and has grown exponentially over the years. As a result, the business has increased its presence at Oakland House to include the 11th Floor in order to accommodate its North American Sales team, Australian Sales team and, UK and North American Client Services teams. The client now occupies 60,362 sq ft across six floors and has instructed FBI to continue its partnership with PHMG by undertaking light refurbishment works on the 12th Floor as well as creating some additional meeting rooms and installing new furniture.

Ed Curwen, project manager at Flexible Business Interiors, said: “Delivering this project in a large, occupied building provided some challenges for the site teams but careful management of the build programme allowed us to ensure the main entrance and lifts were kept clear during high traffic periods and noise was kept to a minimum while employees were on site and working. We have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside PHMG’s in-house workplace design team and look forward to returning for future works.”
