Marsden Street, Manchester – Completed Project

FBI have just completed the refurbishment of all WC’s and lift lobbies at No.1 Marsden Street in the heart of Manchester City Centre. This scheme involved replacement of all cubicles, vanities, sanitaryware, tiling, glazed fire doors and tenant signage over 12 floors and was phased over 18 weeks.

Managed by JLL and initially designed by Firebox, the project has been challenging working in limited space in a fully occupied building but we have made it to the end with client, building management and tenants all happy!
