FBI Completes Manchester HQ For Sync

FBI is pleased to announce that, in partnership with Rachel Moore Design LTD, it has successfully completed a project for IT-firm Sync at Arbeta in Manchester.

The CAT B fit out of two floors at the Northampton Road building took twelve weeks to deliver on site and saw the team transform 8200 sq ft into a state-of-the-art head office.

Designed to optimise the potential of Sync’s workforce, and support future growth plans, the new premises utilise a chic, neutral colour palette and high-end furniture to give a luxury feel. Open plan work settings are supported by break out spaces, meeting rooms, a staff kitchen, gymnasium and co-working areas. Stylish fixtures and fittings were specified and installed throughout to compliment the building’s modern industrial character, while artwork and planting help to create a calm, home-from-home atmosphere.

Scott Bordoni, Chief Operations Officer at Snyc, said: “We have been working tirelessly alongside our development partners Flexible Business Interiors and Rachel Moore Design Ltd to create a new home for Sync, a workspace that brings us together and supports our future growth and innovation. We are delighted with the new HQ and the positive impact that it is having both on our people and the business as a whole.”

David Leah, Director at Flexible Business Interiors, added: “Delivering this project has been incredibly rewarding and we are pleased to have provided Sync with a modern working environment that has been designed and built to last them for years to come.

“Creating a range of acoustically secure spaces within the floorplate brought some challenges due to the exposed ceiling design, but the team utilised its experience to construct free-standing meeting pods which have met the brief aesthetically as well as acoustically. Fabrication and installation of the feature walls in reception was another complex aspect of the job, however the end result really makes the space and has such impact as you arrive into the office.

“We hope that Sync will be very happy in their new HQ!”
